yes it is not very nice to treat a very long term customer like me like you people do. I know over the years i already payed off this house already but everything what breaks down there is no support or interest from your side to fix anything and make my life here an bit husstle free because i always have to take care about things which are not supose to be my case, see for now Electric meter what had been changes just a few days ago after 2.5 month and 4 times i had to drive to Banglamung PEA office which is 30 Km to drive every time.
I payed also for the replacement so i will cut it then anyway from the next rent.
The House is not anymore in good shape and under normal conditions i will not stay here anymore because the standart is a lot lower then it was before, moastly because the termites.
I did inform you about this years before but no action from your side.....
I'm still interested to buy and rebuild the house completly but this is a question of the price. The house opposit with the Nr. 67 has been sold for 3 million thb just a few month before and is has no
problems with the roof and the termites so i expect the price lower then this.
I also want a very very fair financial option from your side to pay the House in a time window of 5 years off.
So all this financial part i think it will be better to discuss face to face to get a picture what is the actual status and what kind of options you could give me.
I will also need the blueprints / construction plans of the house to get and professional idea what i could make with the statics of this Building for further improvements.
I hope you can understand all this details and we will having a chance to discuss all this face to face in the near future.
