Lasagna
Ingredients
1 recipe of spaghetti sauce
ground pork ½ kg
Lasagna noodles
eggs 2
Ricotta cheese 2 Cup
parmesan cheese ½ Cup
parsley, finely chopped 2 TBSP
salt 1 tsp
mozzarella cheese, shredded 1lb
parmesan cheese 2 TBSP
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
2. Cook the pork in a pan. When it is cooked, make the spaghetti sauce as normal (recipe on page 22). Add in the cooked pork to the sauce and add 2 cups of water, so that the sauce becomes thinner.
3. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, ricotta cheese, ½ c parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt. Divide into 2 equal amounts.
4. In a 9x13 pan, put a thin layer of sauce across the entire bottom of the pan. Then put a layer of noodles across the entire pan. Then spread ½ of the ricotta cheese mixture on the noodles. Then sprinkle ⅓ of the mozzarella cheese. Then spread ⅓ of the remaining sauce on top of the cheese. (Repeat 1 time.) end the last layer with noodles, the remaining sauce, and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake for 35 minutes, until cheese is completely melted.
