One hundred percent mortality of D. peruvianus nymphs (F = 9.83; df = 4.3; P = 0.0001) and adults (F = 6.79; df = 4.3; P = 0.0001) was observed 6 and 7 days after exposure to formulation containing 10% soybean oil ? 108 conidia mL-1, respectively, compared to the control (Fig 1). Formulation containing 5% soybean oil ? 108 conidia mL-1 after 7 days exposure for nymphs (F = 6.5; df = 2.5; P = 0.0001) and adults (F = 17.73; df = 4.3; P = 0.0001), were also effective for biocontrol (Fig 1). However, when both formulations were analyzed the first was most effective (Table 2).
