Senior UI/UX Designer
You want to enter the startup world with a talented team, familiarize yourself with the processes in an innovative market and actively shape them? As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be fully involved in the day-to-day business of Knip and take on a wide variety of tasks and special projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning information architecture of websites, mobile apps
- User interface design of responsive websites and mobile apps
- Usability testing of websites and apps
- Create interactive prototypes of websites and mobile apps
- Consistently generates creative ideas and concepts lead to innovative products
- Work with the team to create and maintain the brand and product vision
What we’re looking for:
- You have 4+ years of professional experience as a UX designer or senior designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
- Familiar with InVisionApp, Pixate or FramerJs
- Be familiar with both Google Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
- Be able to demonstrate a range of techniques how to increase UX conversions through analytical data and user testing
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting your ideas
- Have an in depth understanding user experience design
- Be willing to put in hard work to meet deadlines
- Be detail-oriented and passionate about delivering the best user experience
- You’re fluent in English, German is plus
- You have strong portfolio showcasing core design and UX skills
- You already live in Switzerland and a valid working permit would be a plus
