As I did explain in Mgr. Meeting.
After Big Cleaning Day in May 31,
There will be formally start of doing 6S.
First,
we will let in charge Implement Team Member or eacg Team member take photos of
Before and After Big Cleaning of each point in the area.
To see “CHANGE”.
Then,
on June 1st or every Monday of Shift changed.
There will be “CROSS CHECK” Lucky Draw between each teams.
Cross check has No score just “PASSED” “Not PASSED” “IMPROVEMENT”.
To avoid argument between teams.
At every month end,
There will be “6S Patrol & Meeting (Safety Meeting)”
When Scoring Patrol will be done by Mr. Uesaka, Mr. President (if come) and me.
Who has no benefit concern (Appraisal Score added)
Also cross check improvement result will be confirmed too by 6S Committee patrol.
6S is a kind of tool for improving Productivity, Quality and Cost.
This is not a kind of welfare benefit.
It is a part of work.
It is System (Shitsuke)
It is visual control.
