Please kindly follow our process as below:
1. Please inform us for the symptoms of head unit (by picture).
2. Please remarks in Invoice that “FOR REPAIR AND RETURN ONLY, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” and then send to us for review.
3. Waiting our confirm back and then once you knew the AWB No., please kindly inform us.
Remarks : For the first of contact, We have not notify you about warranty radio player.
Therefore, we wish to use the chance to inform you and getting started on 18 Nov, 2016.
The warranty is limited and out of warranty period when the head unit has been disassembled by the others.
So we will not responsible for damage and the transportation & repair cost, Unless we accept and allow you to disassemble out.
