Culture was incubated at 37◦C with
mixing at 100 rpm for 3 days. After completion of three
days of incubation, the above culture broth was conditioned
for coculturing of Saccharomyces cerevisae by addition of
filter-sterilized salt solution (KH2PO4 0.4 g, MgSO4 0.02 g,
CaCO3 0.05 g, and NaCl 0.01 g to 1 L culture broth).
