HEEWON KIM would like to cancel this reservation. The guest is aware of the cancellation fee but she is a student so this cancellation fee is too much to pay and also explained that she thought this location ( Phuket) is near by Bangkok but it is not so cannot go.
We’re aware that there is a penalty associated with the cancellation but request that you exceptionally waive the fees.
Kindly consider the guest’s request and let us know of your decision at your earliest convenience.
