We have not charged your credit card for the order as it was not shipped to you. The authorization (or pending charge) you see on your account would be from the live authorization that we automatically receive when you click the place order button. I have been informed by our billing department that the live authorization should fall off your account within a time frame determined by your bank. If it does not fall off your account in that time frame, please let me know. I can contact our billing department to have them issue a request with your bank to release the pending charge. We would just need to know your bank's name, fax number, and a contact person. Once we have that information, they would be able to issue the request.
