Sub : Complaint against lost consignment and Misbehave with customer by DTDC courier services
Sir,
On Thursday, January 12, 2012, I was send a package that included business cards and a box of AYURVEDIC TABLETS (viz. NoPiles) from Malad Mumbai to my house at Nangallur in Chennai. Unfortunately, I only received the business cards whereas the box of tablets was missing. I am disappointed because it was not only that the package was torn and the box of tablets was missing but also disappointed at the response, reply and behavior of DTDC staff at the branch office and customer care center. I have made numerous phone calls to the Bangalore office and Guindy (Local) branch office but just did not get a reply.
A person at the Guindy branch office started shouting at me which is unacceptable because I had called to get a product which was purchased and sent via your courier company only after paying for the service.
The lady at the customer care center named "Rohini" on (16th Jan 2012) said she will take up the matter and would return my call on the same day but even after 2 days that I haven't heard from anybody. Later, when I called different local numbers to trace the missing box of tablets I get no answer. I had also posted a feedback on their website and got a reply that someone would get in touch with me shortly but it has been almost a month and no answer from DTDC. I have sent emails to css.co@dtdc.com, dtdcco@dtdc.com, dtdcho@vsnl.com, css.chennai@dtdc.com but no one in DTDC seems to care.
