Ask you staff if they have any questions, or if they would like to make any comments about the training topic.
After all questions have been answered and if there aren’t any more, hand them the evaluation papers and give them 30 minutes to complete it.
Read the instructions before answering the questions.
Inform them that if they don’t understand any question, they shall put their hand up and you will assist them.
You can ask them to refer to the notes they have made.
After they have finished, they can handover the evaluation to you and can leave the training room quietly.
Correct the papers after the training is done and put up the scores of the participants on the notice board. Do not put the names of those who have failed.
