1. Soak medium size dry or fresh noodle about 30 minutes
2. Clean shrimp and remove the shell completely
3. Set the pan over medium heat. Fry oil with shallots until fragrant
4. Add shrimp and stir well cooked. Then put small noodles into the pan immediately. If add some chicken soup it taste better.
5. Fry until a little cooked and then put egg. Use spade of frying pan to make the yolk spread until egg start to be cooked.
6. Stir everything to mix well until soft. Add the yellow fried tofu, roasted peanuts, dry shrimp, and sweet pickled radish.
7. Season with fish sauce, sugar, chili powder and oyster sauce. Fry again until the ingredients begin to soften and mix all around.
8.finally add the bean sprouts and garlic chives. Stir it for a while. After that serve immediately
