Teacher’s training is highly related to what students learn. According to the most of Pakistan’s educators,
parents and students our current education system needs major improvements. Our system was never
designed to teach all children effectively, to teach learners in all their varieties, to attend to each child’s
particular mix of aptitude and barriers to learning. Especially the situation in Pakistan’s rural areas is a
reflection of a gap between innovative teaching and traditional teaching. The paper draws attention to the
effect of implementing innovative techniques during the process of teaching. It throws light upon how
good teachers exemplify the finest aspects of academic world which are intellectual curiosity, a spirit of
free inquiry and a lifelong interest in learning.
