The linear
ranges of PAHs adsorbed onto root tissues were 600–1500,450–
3000 and 350–4200 ng/ area for Nap,Ant and B[a]P,respectively.
The recoveries were 90.6–111.3%,93.5–108.9% and 92.2–106.8%for
Nap,Ant and B[a]P,respectively.The fluorescence microscopy
images, linear ranges,detection limits and recoveries indicated
that the established method had the ability to in situ characterize
the distribution of PAHs in root tissues under flooding and aging
sediment conditions.
