My job makes stressed. I feel a lot of stresses. I manage stress, sometimes I would take a breath deeply and slowly to stop the stress that is more. In the evening, I surf the internet and I watch a TV drama. It helps me forget stress, sometimes I call a best friend, and we chat about work. It makes me feel better. Long weekends I go to out of town, I always go to sea and close the phone, no TV or Computer, I do nothing. I would sit down on the beach, sea view and listen to sound waves. Take a break from life.
