For EHCs, intensified peak at 1618 cm1 were ascribed
to transmutation vibration of NH2 owing to a large
quantity of NH2 group was fetched in. Peaks at
1448 cm1 and 1409 cm1 were assigned to transmutation
vibration and swing vibration of –CH2 on –CH2–N-,
respectively, it also demonstrated that NHþ
3 group was
