The density of each fiberboard panel was obtained by dividing
the fiberboard mass by its volume [Result: Average bulk density
was 0.39 g/cm3
]. Each fiberboard panel was cut into
150 mm 25 mm 3 mm testing specimens. Modulus of rupture
(MOR) and modulus of elasticity (MOE) of the fiberboard
(150 mm 25 mm 3 mm) were obtained by performing the
three point flex test at a crosshead speed of 3 mm/min using an Instron
testing machine (Model 1341, Canton, MA).
