No feedback for delivery time, customer got the message that customer have to follow up by herself, cause the customer very disappoint.
Customer was informed that product will be delivered but after customer call for follow up, she was informed that delivery man cannot find the customer order and will not able to delivery within that day. Customer need to receive on that day because she need to use as immediately.
