PROPERTY FIRMS are launching special promotion campaigns to boost sales in the last quarter of this year thanks to the government's measures to drive up the property market.
Pruksa Real Estate Plc yesterday launched "Pruksa Best Buy Moment" by offering a discount price of 2 per cent and a lucky draw for two Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and four Honda HR-V worth Bt9 million in total. The campaign starts on October 31 and will last until December 30.
"We are launching this campaign to support the government's stimu-lus package to boost the property market in the last quarter of this year," the company's chief operating officer, Lersak Chuladesa, said at the press conference yesterday.

He added that the company has already transferred 17,585 residential units from 170 projects nationwide worth Bt54.67 billion. The campaign is part of its aim to boost presales above the early estimates of Bt47 billion by the end of this year.
Pruksa Real Estate Plc has recorded total presales worth Bt34.4 billion.
He also has confidence that the overall property market in Bangkok and its suburbs this year will grow more than 10 per cent thanks to the government's measures, after overall presales in Bangkok and its suburbs recorded Bt255 billion, up 24 per cent from the same period last year.
Lalin Property Plc launched its latest promotion campaign offering free transfer fee, mortgage fee, free furniture, air-conditioning and home appliances, from now until December 31.
"We launched this campaign to support the government's measures and also boost our sales in the last quarter of this year," the company's deputy managing director, Churat Chakarakul, said.
