Upon verifying “CPHONTAC” - Chanchai Phontachark’s concur system, it seems his profile is updated with USA concur system. There are two US corp. card transactions unsubmitted in a TER. It should be submitted in US concur system and then you can let me know for country change.
Also please close the US card by contacting US Citibank helpdesk or send an email to Teradmin@ford.com.
