Construction Period 120 days after got PO
Material for construction supply by contractor including Barbed wire
Retention 10%
Warranty 6 Months
Term of Payment :
20% of the Construction Price, for deposit shall be paid to the awarded Bidder after the purchase order
80% of the Construction Price shall be paid to the awarded Bidder within 30 days after the day of acceptance for the complete delivery
