I'm aware that you're all busy preparing to find accommodation in the long weekend, so I really appreciate you taking the time to be here. for those of you who don't know me, my name is Kunakorn Hotarapawanon. Let me just write that down for you. OK. I'm Cyclists. This morning I'd like to talk about the How to cycling. the information I give you today should help you with how to cycling to lose weight in next steps. I've divided my presentation into three parts. I'll start off by showing you of the Cycling posture is correct and talk about the benefits of cycling. I'll end with forbidden for the novice cyclist.
