All LL4+ are eligible to take this executive health exam, which includes ISEs on assignment. Since ISEs no longer have access to their home country system (i.e. Concur, etc), they should submit the expense through TER in Host country (if the expense is not covered by their health insurance). It is my understanding that this is a global program and owned by Ford Medical.
I don’t think you need Dr. Heckman’s verification as this is a global policy. Do other employees in Thailand (LL4+) not seek reimbursement in the past?
What I meant was that if LL4+ employees (including ISEs) have questions about this program, they can contact Dr. Heckman directly. Hope this helps!
