One of most important effect of stress on quality of life is that lifespan becomes lower. Because of stress, many serious diseases arise and become harmful to people’s health as heart’s disease, cancer, brain and so on and all of these diseases could make one’s health be worst and life expectancy releases. Moreover, stress also effects on family life. When you are stressful, it makes you feel cranky and unable to deal with even small problems as housework, or taking care of children. Sometimes, it makes you feel frustrated, lose your temper more often, and yell at others for no reason. Since then, relationship between members in family is reduced.
