Dear P'A and P'Pol krub,
As discussed I would like to summarize the dimensions and specification of the products for your consideration for interior design as follow krub:
1. Ticket Kiosk Design: Attached file 'Kiosk Design' is the preliminary design of Kiosk machines, the primary function will be the purchase/distribution of tickets for walk-in customers. The machine and dimensions are fixed as it has a lot of internal mechanisms.
2. Facebook Checkin Design: Also in the 'Kiosk Design' file, As this has less component, this design could be disassembled to have just the main component, screen, camera and computer so this can be blended in with the interior if required. Only interface required is the LAN and power outlet.
3. Autogate/RF Reader: As for the people entering the auditorium, there is no physical autogate, just an RF ID reader with D'LUCK theatre staffs near. The physical dimesion of the RF reader is very small and will only require a LAN and power outlet for each RF reader (as a precaution, we would like to have 2 LAN socket for each unit, one as main, one as backup). Their preliminary design is attached 'Gate Check-in', but the actual reader itself is no bigger than 104mm(w) x 67mm (d) x 20mm (h). The RF Reader itself is only near range, which means the RF Tickets that we will give to audiences will need to physically touch the reader (like normal office RF cards). Their preliminary design was just a tower that houses the RF Reader 'RF Reader'.
4. The metal detector: The metal detector that we will likely be using is securitex (if not this model can still be used as the standard dimension of a metal detector). The company I have been talking to is V Digital Focus, the sales is Khun V (0876554519), they are also the supplier to Ratchadalai Theatre. A recap from the discussion with him is that he does not advice any covers over the detector because materials of this cover could interfere with the working of the detector. Similarly, he also mentioned that this machine should not be placed directly under any airconditioner, as the vibration from these aircon could also cause false readings.
5. Indoor Signage: Could you please help provide the location and type of signage required for the indoor hall krub. We will give this requirement to our designer MAD-Arai D to help design the looks for these signage. To recap, as with the current traffic flow, 1) during the day before performance times, people would be able to enter the theatre from the side (the front doors will remain shut). 2) Close to the show time, the side doors will only be for exit only, and the front doors will be opened for people to enter. People will be entering the auditorium from the two stairs (here they will need to go through the autogate and verify their ticket).
6. Interior column LED Screens: Could you please provide me with some picture example (or specification) of the LED Screens that you would like to use on the 2 columns krub. I would use this to discuss with the team internally to source the type and price within the market to see the options we may have when it comes to price vs performance for consideration.
If you require any additional information or have any questions, please feel free to let me know krub.
Best Regards,
Jao
