Responsible for the growth of REEFER business development both Ocean Import and Ocean export to align with the expectation of Panalpina’s Corporate Product division.
Contact potential customers to identify REEFER business opportunity.
Dedicate 50% of the time to Telesales, search for new and regain lost REEFER customers, Coordinate with Ocean Freight, Marketing & Sales, Panalpina Network to increase REEFER volume.
Support and cooperate with the Tender Management team in order to price and win REEFER tenders.
Support the Sales and Account Management teams in pricing REEFER opportunities.
Analyze REEFER import and export statistics on monthly basis, provide the findings and opportunities, recommend possibilities to build up services.
Gather monthly REEFER statistics and provide monthly report for gained and lost customers.
Encourage and communicate with Panalpina overseas to develop REEFER business together for Direct Consolidation Containers.
Support the Tender Management, Sales, Account Management teams and the Pananalpina network partners with market intelligence in terms of pricing, competitor capabilities.
Achieve the KPI of yearly REEFER growth.
