From the beginning, we needed to consider what would be appropriate
and feasible to expect in relation to an on-going SIA process
from a relatively small, profit-making company such as Odysseia-In.
This was first done during the initial scoping phase by asking staff to
identify the business case and motivation for why they should invest effort
in SIA so that we together could shape the SIA process and activities
to be included in the SIMP.
In light of the business context and constraining factors facing
Odysseia-In, the design of the methodology adopted for this SIA aimed
to meet the following requirements:
