The bank is primarily concerned with keeping the staff safe during any crisis/disaster event. An evacuation site and route shall be decided on the premise that disaster will occur during business hours. The evacuation site shall be clearly indicated to the employees as propose of assembling is to verify the safety of the employees. In the Evacuation procedure, clearly include the following points:
(1) Evacuation route map: A map indicates evacuation assembly site (incl. Main Office & Backup site)
(2) Emergency exit (Floor Plan)
(3) Location of the fine extinguisher (Floor Plan)
(4) Predetermine staff needs assistance during evacuation
(5) Predetermine alternate assembly site in case primary site is not accessible
(6) Give priority in evacuating the customers
(7) Safety Verification Procedure (see 4.1.1 for more details)
(8) List of medical institution for both physical and mental services
(9) List of Life Safety Equipment (see 4.1.2 for more details)
(10) Temporary Accommodations (see 4.1.3 for more details)
