C. citratus essential oil was also toxic to the
third instar of Thyrinteina arnobia (Stoll, 1782)
(Lepidoptera: Geometridae) fed dried eucalyptus
leaves immersed in an essential oil solution at a 1%
concentration, causing 100% caterpillar mortality
(SOARES et al., 2011). For the third instar of the
dengue vector mosquito, A. aegypti, CL50 was 63.89 serricorne (F., 1792) (Coleoptera: Anobiidae) at a 1
μL concentration, but caused attraction at 0.1 μL
(HORI, 2003)
