In 2007, fruit were
collected from one orchard (O1) at the optimal harvest date for long
term storage according to local recommendations and stored in air
at 0.5 C and 90% RH. Four replicates of 4 fruit each were removed
from storage every 15 days up to 105 days for determination of H2O2
and AsA levels as well as SOD, CAT and POX activity.
