The coming of the Web 2.0 era, which implies participa-tion, open and sharing, and the introduction of social net-work services (SNS) such as Facebook and Twitter have resulted in opportunities for free and active participation in cyberspace by people. However, the rapid advancement of ICT has triggered a conceptual state of confusion and political vacuum in relation to the correct use of ICT and aggravated problems adolescents experience when forming proper ethical norms (James 1985).
