Control tomatoes were not dip treated. After dipping, fruit wereair-dried at room temperature and transferred to a refrigeratedincubator maintained at 12◦C. Fruit samples were brought out ofincubators on 7, 14 and 21 days after treatment and left at roomtemperature for 12 h prior to measurement of quality parametersof fruit.
