I already recheck and discussion with engineer. The problem this case from firmware of the engine scan barcode that have problem with scanning code 39 only.
Now the engineer at oversea still solved and update firmware but around 1-2 weeks will complete solved this problem then we will sent you back the new firmware to you.
Anyway, we already sent back up the model dolphin 6000 to suzuyo between waiting the old one.
The problem that not because change hardware and even thought change hardware but the same model that still found the same problem of the firmware. But this problem not big as normally every hardware and can solved, We never waiting come back to you for solved every problem as we can.
But If you not accept the model datalogic and want to change, I advice you change to model dolphin 6000 and we can do for you without problem.
