Order 398892926 Yes , you are correct the purchased item was delivered today and I paid your driver 990Baht. It arrived damage and unacceptable. I gave it back to your delivery man and requested my 990 Baht refunded. He refused, and contacted someone. Then I your service representative told me , I would have to send it back and request a new one .This type of business behavior is unacceptable.
The driver should have refunded 990 Baht and taken the damaged purchase back to you. I tried to use your service for convenience and it certainly didn't work that whey . At the current time your delivery man has the damaged product and my 990Baht. If this isn't resolve to my satisfaction, I will just have to post my poor Lazada experience on Facebook and Twitter. Up To You You have only 2 Choices deliver an acceptable replacement of my purchased item or have your delivery agent return my 990Baht. I will not participate in any further request for me to do anything.
