Jerry has been part of some of the most important and iconic developments in the food and beverage industry in the last half century. Little things like inventing the French fry carton and carry out tray, helping to develop the McDonald’s breakfast program and being a member of the four person team that started the Ronald McDonald House concept. He’s also run an eclectic array of food and entertainment venues, including Riverhorse on Main in Utah, a 15-time recipient of the Forbes “Four Star” Award. Jerry is bringing that same vision and passion to LYFE Kitchen as we set our sights ever higher.
