From the results, it was observed that, the extracts from S. aromaticum, C. cassia, O. vulgare and B. nigra were having total phenolic content of 24.65 ± 0.83, 17.24 ± 0.66, 23.09 ± 0.78 and 21.35 ± 0.54 mg gallic acid per gram of extract respectively.
