All requests to John with the updating of credit terms in ARC need to be fully supported in order to ensure smooth approval process:
- For credit terms of 30 days, please provide John with the name and Hyperion code of the client. Note that if this is a new client, you would need to fill up the word document attached which is the credit application form. Further note that if billing (only unbilled AR or WIP) has yet to occur for the client, the client Hyperion codes will not move into ARC.
- Per our credit policy, the credit term is 30 days. For credit terms longer than 30 days, approval is required from Jim Cannon and/or Phil Angelastro.
The word doc is a credit application form required to be completed by all new clients. And, if the new client is asking for a credit term that exceeds 30 days or existing clients trying to negotiate new terms longer than they currently have, we are required to complete the excel file. Therefore, the word doc and excel file are two different forms – All new clients complete word doc, and we complete excel file if credit terms > 30 days.
If you need to get Jim and/or Phil’s approval please fill out the forms by typing in the boxes and send it to John Franklin by email. The email should include a brief summary with client name and terms being requested.
