Plese note that we have been contacting the line provider again and again since this morning to get the latest status, then they reverted that
currently their local engineers are still investing the problem at their exchange but again there’s no ETR and since it is raining hard at the area.
The DSL is an old technology and a regular telephone line is reliable on the weather conditions including humidity. Never the less, the DSL line
providers will not access into the customer sites to check the internal wiring. Usually, TOT will take approximately 24 hours (depend on conditions)
to fix DSL problems and this is not included weekends and holidays.
The above are the reasons, there is no ETR and no escalation matrix for ADSL circuits provided due to the DSL signal in Thailand is depended on a quality
of a telephone lines and there are many equipments are involved. Escalation process is only applicable for the IPLC, MPLS & Leased Line circuits
but DSL & ADSL is not part of escalation process.
However, you can be ensure that Pacnet will provide the best service to Expereo and the issues will be handled as a major priority and efficiently.
Pacnet will provide you an update as soon as any information is available from the ADSL line provider.
We thank you very much for your kind understanding and we're truly sorry for the inconvenience.
