Ensure and provide company documentation
• Maintain company standard and policy
• Maintain an efficient order processing system at all time and also comply with the company policy
• Coordinate with our team such as Marketing, Engineer and Accounting department.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other departments
• Understanding company product for being office operator
• Handle customers phone call, do report and feed back
• Provide effective and efficient administrative support on company matter to Marketing, Engineer and Accounting department.
