In the example of Order # 626428- this has been corrected by my Lead Supervisor, Shanae, as I do not have privileges to change or correct orders, from 1 case to a 2 case, and all points are reflecting for that order.
And in the example of Order # 625469- this order was deleted, and the credit back of USD $150.06 is currently in process. ***Please keep in mind, once an order is cancelled and the order is deleted, it takes approximately 24-72 business hours for the CID to receive the funds back on their card.
