2. Investigation
2.1. The Supervisor will perform an investigation to determine if the short picked quantity is still in the warehouse.
2.2. Stocks are not found:
2.2.1. Determine the reasons for stock losses.
2.2.2.YBLC will be responsible for stocks losses in the warehouse if YBLC can’t find the product within a lost month
2.2.3.To request a GRN from STAR 360 for the actual RETURNED quantity.
2.2.4.The Receiving Admin will then create an ASN based on the RETURNED quantity as per the Returns ASN Creation process.
2.2.5.For stocks which require reconditioning, SMART System will update stocks to the IVAS location
2.2.6.For stocks which do not require reconditioning, SMART System will receive & put-away to good stocks immediately.
2.3. Stocks are found and physical stocks > system stocks:
2.3.1.Request a GRN from STAR 360 for the actual INVOICED quantity
2.3.2.The Receiving Admin will then create an ASN based on the GRN (INVOICED) quantity as per the Returns ASN Creation process.
2.3.3.SMART System will receive & put-away stocks to good location immediately.
2.3.4.Upon receipt of the Goods Receipt Against PO Summary,
STAR 360 Thailand will manually adjust the stocks in Model System NTL location.
