lease consider improvement of your sevice center for subaru bang na branch. It drops their intention to service from time to time. Customer need to wait at least 2 hr even I have made the reservation for checkup queue 1 week in advance. This made a very bad experience to me.
No declaration of cost before checkup, no demonstrate or explain what change or checkup after finished and time for customer pickup thier car back. or this is the standard of working? I like this brand, Subaru should make quick improvement on service otherwise this bad experience may affecr your brand in coming future.
