• Recruitment and selection process and hiring staff to all departments.
• Prepare notices and advertisement for vacant positions, schedule and organize interview, conduct reference check on possible candidate.
• Orientation new staff about company policy, benefit and condition of hiring, finger scan until process complete.
• Assist Line Managers to understand recruitment policy and process as well as to define and specify recruiting requirements to ensure the business needs and goals.
• Handle campus recruitment, internship program, job fair, managing online job portals, etc.
• Track and update recruitment-related reports.
• Prepare and maintain employment records and facilitate the hiring process with required activities.
• Handle all welfare for employees; liaise with the Social Security Office, insurance programs.
• Manage time attendance record and leave record.
