Since we have asked the vendor to come up with the managed service cost for only RBT call center, the vendor still needs to handle CPA call center as well. We are a little concern on how to book the budget and would like to proposed as shown below ka.
- Fix the OPEX (managed service for RBT call center) as shown in the below table;
- For any additional calls apart from what we booked as OPEX, we would like to considered as CPA calls and the business model shall remain the same which is Revenue Sharing at 2 Baht to vendor and 1 Baht to dtac.
Would you please kindly confirm if this is ok for finance and the vendor ka? Any concern that you may have, please kindly share ka.
