There is no words enough to describe how BAD your service and EMPLOYEES are. No one give a damn thing of the QoS. I have raised the issue since the 3rd december to delivery company. I spend 40 min trying to reach you at customer service because the delivery service don't care he did wrong or not. I spend 1 hour with nong Kristana who just played with me record NOTHING about my case! Then the overall impression left is that LAZADA is populated by a bunch of amateur who dont know what they are doing.
When you run ecommerce you need to feel concern, have ethic, strive to serve your customer.
So when are you finally handling my case and deliver my order??!!
