IT IS HEREBY AGREED that:
The Employee's employment shall commence from June 2, 2015. The Employee's workplace will be at the
office of the Employer, unless otherwise instructed, and the Employee's position will be Staff Engineer −
Facilities Planning and Administrative − L11 − Professional Track, Facilities Department, Hard Disk
Drive Operation. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Employer has managerial power to
assign the Employee to work in another position or another place of work if required to do so.
The Employee's gross starting salary will be Thai Baht (THB) 51,500 per month with allowances payable
in arrears twice a month (on the 7th and 22nd of each month) and which are subject to tax and other
deductions required by the relevant laws. The Employee agrees that payment or money received from the
Employer in any other name than salary shall not be considered as wages under the Thai labor law. The
Employee also agrees that all payments in regard to the Employee's employment with the Employer can be
made by check and given to the Employee or by transferring the money into the Employee's designated
bank account.
The Employee agrees to be bound by and comply with all work regulations, rules and instructions of the
Employer, which exist on this date or will be stipulated or amended by the Employer from time to time, all of
which will be deemed an integral part hereof. The Employee agrees that all employment benefits granted
by the Employer in excess of those required by law can be unilaterally changed or canceled by the
Employer at any time.
The Employee shall not, except in the proper course of the Employee's duties during, or after the period of
the employment under this Agreement, divulge to any third party whatever or otherwise make use of, and
shall use the Employee's best endeavours to prevent the publication or disclosure of, any trade secret,
proprietary process, service, trade connection with the Employer's customers, dealers or suppliers,
customer list, dealer list, supplier list, price list, financial or marketing forecast, pricing or sales policy,
confidential product or concept or any other information, whether oral or visual or recorded in writing or
electronically or in other medium or by other methods concerning the business of the Employer or any of its
dealings, transactions or affairs, or any trade secret or proprietary process, service or any such confidential
information concerning any of the Employer's customers, dealers, suppliers, or agents ("Confidential
