NaCl can significantly inhibit the efficiency of dye decolorization by laccasefromGanodermalucidum ( Zilly et al., 2011), Trametes sp. ( Manel et al., 2009) and T. trogii (Grassi et al., 2011) even at low concentration (50 mM). On the contrary, the MG decolorization by laccase from strain S0301 in the presence of 100 mMNaCl was only slightly affected (Fig. 2a). These results reveal that laccase from strain S0301 is resistant to NaCl, which is usually the primary salt found in textile wastewater (Zilly et al., 2011)..
