•Develop General Skill training and development programs based on training needs.
•Work in a team to execute programs for all relevant parties in an organization.
•Handle the delivery of General Skill training and development programs.
•Evaluate training and development programs.
•Execute and record competency evaluation and individual development plan.
•Assist in recruitment and selection process such as propose candidate, interview appointment, and screening interview.
•Prepare the necessary document relevant to hiring process.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Psychology or related field.
•3 - 5 years experience in Recruitment and Training.
•Have knowledge in Competency and KPI is preferable.
•Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
•Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
•Good command in English and computer-literate.
•No constraint in job mobility.
•Able to work at Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn.
