nks for your quick response, and I am working on compiling the necessary documents for you later today.
I had a second email yesterday with a follow up question on the life insurance as follows:
In regards to the life insurance, the way you have proposed it in terms of payments does not make sense as we shouldn't be paying interest on the insurance premium so please review that.
I would also be able to deduct up to THB 100,000 on my taxes per year for the duration of the loan correct just like a normal life insurance would allow me to?
Further to the lumpsum payment which I can do as many times during a year that I like correct? Could you just show on one of the options repayment schedule how that works if I pay an extra THB 1,000,000 on the 13th month and what effect that would have on the overall interest amount over the loan period?
In regards to clause 6, I have an issue with the requirement to always having to have a valid work permit in Thailand as what does that matter for as long as I make the repayments as an example for all the conditions under clause 6?
I am buying a home in Thailand and commit to make the repayments, but that doesn't mean that I commit to work in Thailand until the house is fully paid.
