ethanol concentration in the package was determined by a gas chromatograph with a capillary column,model HP-FFAP polyethylene glycol TPA,25m length,0.32mm diameter,0.50um film thickness and 28 cm velocity using helium as a carrier gas and flame ionization detector.The injector,oven and detector temperature were 210,60 and 210C, respectively.A sample of 1 uL was injected into the GC using GC autosampler syringe,with is tapered fixed needle with 23-26s needle gauge,42mm lenghth and HP tip .A series of standard ethanol concentrations were used to determine the ethanol concentration .The calibration curve was constructed from the linear regression of standard ethanol concentrations and the peak aersion Area with the correlation of 0.999.The ChemStation v05.0X software wa used in the data analysis to calculate the ethanol concentration from the area of chromatograph.Five pieces per treatment were randomly selected. Three replications were used to determine ethanol concentration.
